At 18:30 on 25 September 2021, the Economic Law Club, Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics, Lac Hong University, organized its first meeting of the 2021–2022 academic year in an online format via Google Meet. The event aimed to help freshmen and current students of the Faculty gain further information about the lecturers and staff of the Economic Law major, exchange academic experiences during their studies at the University, and introduce various activities organized by the Economic Law Club that contribute to building a dynamic and practice-oriented learning environment for students. The session also addressed students’ concerns regarding online learning.
The program took place in a lively atmosphere with the participation of the Faculty leadership, lecturers, and staff of the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics, along with all freshmen of the 2021 cohort majoring in Economic Law and students from Cohorts 18, 19, and 20, creating an energetic and vibrant environment throughout the session.
The program began with an introduction by Dau Van Loi – President of the Economic Law Club – regarding recent activities of the major as well as the lecturers of the Law discipline within the Faculty, addressed to the 2021 freshmen. This was followed by mini games and a Q&A session to answer questions from freshmen experiencing the university environment for the first time. Notably, at the end of the program, PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics – delivered encouraging remarks to students as they entered the new academic year 2021–2022 amid the increasingly complicated pandemic situation.
It is hoped that, with the planned activities of the Economic Law Club and the guidance and encouragement from the Faculty leadership and MB Vo Anh Phuc – Advisor of the Economic Law Club – the Club will continue to grow and achieve many positive objectives in the 2021–2022 academic year.
