LHU Honored to Join the Advisory Board of the “Social Impact Innovation Startup” Competition 2021.

On the afternoon of 15 October 2021, the National Startup Program – Business Forum Magazine, in collaboration with the National Innovation Startup Advisory Council (VSMA) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP Vietnam), launched the Coaching and Mentoring Program for six social impact innovation startup projects. This was the final training activity within the framework of the Youth Co: Lab – UNDP Program sponsored by Citi Foundation.

Among the six projects, five were selected from the bootcamp course and one project won First Prize at Youth Co: Lab 2020. The coaching program lasts from 1 to 1.5 months and is implemented in a paired format of coach – mentor – project.

Lac Hong University was honored to have PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics (QT-KTQT); Head of the Entrepreneurship Training Division – invited to serve as a mentor for six social impact innovation startup projects. It is known that among the six projects is Bidicomed by Vo Van Lenh – Chief Operating and Business Officer, alumnus and lecturer of the Faculty of Pharmacy - Lac Hong University. In recent years, PhD Nguyen Van Tan has continuously been invited to serve as a mentor for numerous startup competitions both within and outside the province, supporting projects driven by ideas and entrepreneurial passion.

Each mentor brings their own methods, strategies, and guidance, including hands-on experience in the startup field as well as foresight and strategic vision. It is believed that each mentor will provide valuable contributions needed by the contestants, authors, and project teams, thereby helping them move forward with confidence, strength, and ultimately achieve convincing success.
