The Office of Scientific Research, Postgraduate Studies, and Quality Assurance was established in 2008. Starting in 2009, with approval from the MOET, the Faculty began offering admissions to two master's programmes: Business Administration and Information Technology.
In 2012, the Office was authorized to open additional programmes in Accounting and Finance and Banking. This decision was made in response to societal demands and the tireless efforts of our faculty.
In 2013, to specialise in various activities, the Office was divided into three independent units. Among these was the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies, established under Decision No.268/QD-DHLH, dated March 27, 2014, issued by the Rector of Lac Hong University.
The Faculty of Postgraduate Studies has made significant strides in expanding its postgraduate programmes. Notably, in 2014, the MOET approved the opening of two doctoral programmes in Business Administration and Computer Science. In 2015, the Faculty further expanded its offerings with the addition of two new master's programmes in Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering. In 2022, the English Language programme was introduced at master's level.
In 2023, the Master's programme in Pharmaceutical Organization and Management was added to the list of offered programmes. To date, the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies currently offers 8 Master's programmes and 2 Doctoral programmes, meeting the academic needs of students and the manpower demands of society.
The Faculty boasts a team of highly qualified professors, associate professors, and doctors with extensive expertise. These lecturers not only bring valuable teaching experience but also actively engage in scientific research, offering students up-to-date, in-depth, and practical knowledge. Their dedication and professionalism contribute to creating a high-quality learning environment that fosters comprehensive development and enhances students' professional skills.
To ensure the best conditions for lecturers and students, all classrooms are equipped with projectors, high-quality audio systems, air conditioning, and modern teaching facilities.
