During the discussion between the University and the enterprise, orientations for cooperation and development were addressed. In modern education, learning must go hand in hand with practice and meet practical requirements and demands, with the objective of forming and developing learners’ practical competencies. In some cases, practice must outweigh theory, enabling learners to gain authentic experiences and real-world exposure.
In implementing training objectives, programs, and development strategies for the mutual benefit of both parties, this linkage provides FAIE, Lac Hong University with additional conditions to enhance training quality and produce graduates who have gained practical experience. From the enterprise’s perspective, it can leverage a stable and high-quality human resource pool. The cooperation aims for long-term collaboration, delivering outputs aligned with practical requirements and meeting labor market demands, thereby helping enterprises improve human resource quality and establish competitive advantages in the market.
The working session holds important significance in improving training quality and helping graduates of Tourism and Travel Management quickly adapt to the market.
