Lạc Hồng University Partners in the 2024 "EnglishWorks!" Career-Oriented English Project

Lạc Hồng University (LHU) is honored to be one of 11 prestigious universities and colleges nationwide selected by SEAMEO RETRAC and the U.S. Consulate General to implement this initiative.

Empowering Educators through Specialized Training

At the launch, a delegation of core lecturers from the Faculty of English Language (NNA) participated in comprehensive training sessions. The focus was on curriculum development, material design, and assessment strategies to ensure high-impact program delivery.

A key highlight of the event was a series of workshops centered on "EnglishWorks with a STEM focus." These sessions allowed lecturers to refine their teaching programs to better suit local contexts while maintaining a learner-centered approach, effectively supporting students in enhancing their English proficiency for the professional workplace.

Strategic Significance in the Digital Age

This educational partnership plays a vital role in elevating the workforce's capabilities, particularly in technical fields, science, and semiconductor technology. By aligning with the rapid growth of Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and High-Tech industries, the project aims to drive socio-economic development across the region.

As part of the training, LHU lecturers also participated in an insightful field visit to Intel Products Vietnam, gaining firsthand perspective on global industry standards.
