LHU expresses gratitude and appoints new Editorial Board of LHU Journal of Science

On May 23, 2025, LHU held a solemn ceremony to express gratitude to the Editor-in-Chief of the LHU Journal of Science for the 2014 - 2024 term and to officially introduce the newly appointed Executive Board for the 2025–2030 term.

Representing the University’s leadership at the ceremony were Dr. Do Thi Lan Dai – Chairwoman of the University Council; Dr. Lam Thanh Hien – Rector; Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan – Vice Rector, Editor-in-Chief of the Lac Hong Journal during the 2014–2024 term; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh – Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam – Vice Rector; Dr. Mai Thi Anh Tuyet from the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies; Dr. Nguyen Thanh Son – Director of the Center of Scientific Research and Applications; Dr. Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of the Faculty of Administration - International Economics; along with leaders of various units and editorial members of the Journal from different periods.

The 2025–2030 Editorial Board of the LHU Scientific Journal officially introduced

The LHU Journal of Science was granted License No. 348/GP-BTTTT by the Ministry of Information and Communications on December 3, 2014. Over the past 10 years, the Journal has published 20 printed issues, becoming a reputable academic forum, contributing to the dissemination of scientific research by LHU faculty and staff, as well as scientists from Vietnam and abroad.

Since 2023, the Journal has transitioned its operational process to an online publishing management system at https://lhj.vn, enhancing professionalism and convenience in the submission, peer-review, and publishing process. To date, the system has received over 300 article submissions.

In 2024, the Journal was recognized by the State Council for Professorship as a point-based scientific journal in the field of Economics, with a score of 0.25, according to Decision No. 25/QĐ-HĐGSNN dated July 5, 2024. In April 2025, it was also granted License No. 16/GP-BVHTTDL by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for both print and electronic formats, marking a new phase of modern, professional, and integrated development.

At the ceremony, the University extended its heartfelt gratitude to Outstanding Teacher, Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan – Vice Rector and Editor-in-Chief for the 2014–2024 term, in recognition of her significant contributions over the past decade. At the same time, the appointment of new Editorial Board for the 2025–2030 term was announced as follows:

- Dr. Mai Thi Anh Tuyet from the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies was appointed Editor-in-Chief of the LHU Journal of Science

• - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh, Dr. Nguyen Van Tan, and Dr. Nguyen Thanh Son were appointed Deputy Editors-in-Chief of the Journal

• Ms. Mai Thi Anh Tuyet appointed Editor-in-Chief of the LHU Journal of Science for the 2025–2030 term

  

• Deputy Editors-in-Chief of the LHU Journal of Science for the 2025–2030 term appointed

• With the new leadership team, the LHU Scientific Journal is expected to continue its strong development, enhance academic quality, and extend its impact in both the domestic and international scientific communities.
